How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at ShopAnomaly is easy: Click on the Women’s Essentials, Corporate and Product Categories links. Once you have found an item, choose your size, colour and click on the 'ADD TO CART button on the product page. Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can shop at ShopAnomaly without creating an account. However, we recommend you create an account with us to enjoy discounts and rewards.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.
Which countries does ANOMALY ship to?
We ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones.
0 - 0.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $15 / UK £12
0.6 - 1.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $20 / UK £16
1.6 - 4 kg → USA + rest of world USD $30 / UK £24
4.1 - 7.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $70 / UK £56
7.5 kg+ → FREE
When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.
How can I track my order?
All orders ship from our workshop in New Delhi, India. We ship with DTDC, DHL, UPS, TNT, ANS, UBX and FedEx.
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi within one week. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the following websites: Domestic Shipping: DTDC (http://www.dtdc.com/) International Shipping: ANS Couriers (http://www.anscouriers.com/), DHL, UPS, TNT, UBX and FedEx.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Making a return or exchange is easy. If you are unhappy with your product or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at ask@shopanomaly.in as soon as possible. We can offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt.
Exchange orders and Sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Anomaly. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item/s, the refund will be initiated. When can I expect my refund?
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How do I select my size?
To help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page: A link to a 'size conversion chart' to help you convert international sizes, as well as a ‘product measurement’ chart in inches. Do you do wholesale and bulk orders?
Yes. Please email us at ask@shopanomaly.in with your requirements. If you are a retailer interested in stocking ANOMALY, we’d love to hear from you! Please get in touch on ask@shopanomaly.in with a little bit about your store and if there are any products or collections that you are particularly interested in, and we’ll happily send you the relevant wholesale catalogues and information

What is the Loyalty rewards program and how does it work?
The Loyalty rewards program is a great way for returning customers to enjoy discounts calculated on their total purchase. Create an account with us or login to your existing account, add items to your cart and proceed to the cart checkout page. Enter any of the below coupon codes on the checkout page to avail your discount, calculated on the total amount of your purchase.
Rs.5000 - Rs.9999 → 5% OFF - Coupon Code: ANOM5
Rs.10,000 - Rs.19,999 → 10% OFF - Coupon Code: ANOM10
Rs.20,000 - Rs.24,999 → 15% OFF - Coupon Code: ANOM15

What is the welcome discount and how does it work?
Get 10% off your first order when you shop with us online. You can avail this offer on your first purchase with us by entering promo code LOVEANOM on the checkout page.
