SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are shipped from our studio in Shahpur Jat using DTDC, ANS Courier, UBX and DHL.
Shipping within India
We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card, debit card or net banking.
We ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones.
0 - 0.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $15 / UK £12
0.6 - 1.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $20 / UK £16
1.6 - 4 kg → USA + rest of world USD $30 / UK £24
4.1 - 7.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $70 / UK £56
7.5 kg+ → FREE
When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.
Order and Shipping Process
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our studio within 2-3 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.
For domestic shipments, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive and 5-10 working days for international shipments.
If you are unhappy with your product or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We can offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. Exchange orders and Final Sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Anomaly. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item/s, the refund will be initiated.
Items purchased at our retail store cannot be returned. An exchange for your order can be processed in the form of store credit.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ANOMALY garment tags and packaging still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
