How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at ShopAnomaly is easy: Click on the Women’s Essentials, Corporate and Product Categories links. Once you have found an item, choose your size, colour and click on the 'ADD TO CART button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page. Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can shop at ShopAnomaly without creating an account. However, we recommend you create an account with us to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Receive Loyalty and other discount benefits as a registered customer
  • Save your address and card details so you can make faster payments next time you shop with us.

We ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones.

How can I track my order?

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi within 2-3 business days. How do I return or exchange an item?

Making a return or exchange is easy. If you are unhappy with your product or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at as soon as possible. We can offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. Exchange orders and Final Sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Anomaly. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item/s, the refund will be initiated. When can I expect my refund?

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, our flagship store is located in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi as an extension of our studio. Customers in Delhi are welcome to visit our studio/store in Shahpur Jat from Monday-Saturday between 10am – 7pm. What is an ANOMALY E-Gift Card?

An E-Gift Card purchased on our website is the INR (Indian Rupee) monetary equivalent of virtual funds that can only be used toward a purchase made on It's the perfect gift for everyone on your list (as well as the simplest). It acts just like a debit card – you choose the amount you would like to give (Rs. 10,000 or less) and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise of their choice worth an equal or lesser value.

Will my E-Gift card ever expire?

E-gift cards are valid for 1year from the date of purchase.

Can I return my E-Gift card?

E-Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return or exchange an item purchased with an E-Gift card?

Items purchased with an E-gift card cannot be returned. An exchange for your order can be processed in the form of store credit.

What is the Loyalty rewards program and how does it work?

The Loyalty rewards program is a great way for registered customers to enjoy discounts calculated on their total purchase. Create an account with us or login to your existing account, add items to your cart and proceed to the cart checkout page. An automatic discount will be generated, calculated on the total amount of your purchase.
